Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice result in lost appointment time that we are unable to refill, leading to a loss of earnings. We appreciate your understanding and consideration. The following charges apply: Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost Failure to attend (no-show): 100% of the treatment cost Please note that any outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before booking future appointments.
